Do your calming products actually work?

The products we carry are selected because they target real anxiety mechanisms that are supported by animal behavior research. Pressure wraps use deep pressure therapy. Pheromone collars use synthetic Dog Appeasing Pheromone. Lick mats trigger the parasympathetic nervous system through repetitive licking. Heartbeat toys provide sensory anchoring. No product works for every pet in every situation, but each category has a clear scientific basis for how it helps. We publish this information in our blog so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Which product is right for my dog?

It depends on the type of anxiety your dog experiences. For separation anxiety, the Heartbeat Companion Toy and Calming Collar work well together. For noise phobia from thunderstorms or fireworks, the Dog Earmuffs and Anxiety Wrap Jacket are the most targeted solutions. For general stress and mental stimulation, the Snuffle Mat, Lick Mat, and Puzzle Toy redirect anxious energy into calming activity. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.

Are your products safe for puppies?

Yes. All products in our catalog are safe for puppies when used as directed. The Heartbeat Companion Toy is specifically designed for puppies adjusting to their first home. Pheromone collars have been tested and confirmed safe for dogs of all ages including puppies. Always supervise your pet with any new product during initial use.

Do the calming products work for cats as well as dogs?

The Pet Calming Collar is listed for both dogs and cats in terms of general use, but the pheromone formulation is DAP (Dog Appeasing Pheromone), which is specific to dogs. Cats require a separate feline pheromone product. The Lick Mat and Snuffle Mat can be used with cats. All other products are designed for dogs.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to the United States and Canada typically takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. This timeframe reflects standard international shipping from our supplier network. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free shipping applies to all orders to the United States and Canada with no minimum order value and no exceptions. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?

Currently we ship to the United States and Canada only. We are working on expanding to additional markets. If you are outside these regions, contact us and we will let you know when your country becomes available.

Returns and Orders

What is your return policy?

If your product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. You do not need to return the product or ship anything back. We will file a dispute with our supplier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund. We do not cover items that have been used and are not defective, or damage caused by normal wear.

I received the wrong color or size. What happens?

If you received a different color or size than what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a screenshot or photo showing the issue including your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund. This applies to all sizing and color variants across our catalog.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

First check your tracking number, which was emailed to you after dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order. Cancellations are only possible before your order has been processed by our supplier warehouse. Once processing begins, the order cannot be stopped. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
